On select assets, BWIC Auctions will include a revolutionary fractional ownership component called Group Bidding. Buyers have the opportunity to bid on a percentage of asset ownership and/or the full asset up for BWIC. The Group Bid will be available throughout the full 10-day BWIC Auction process. For the first time in history, individual bids and fractional group bids will compete for an opportunity to own an asset. The fractional “Group Bid” opportunity is only available to verified accredited investors.
