Yes, LLCs and other entities can participate in BWIC Group Bids. The on-boarding process for LLCs and other entities involves a paper-application for Templum. Most of the application is simple identity and contact information, but there is also Section 10 near the end which requests a list of documents. Please find the applicationHERE.
