Fractional ownership enables multiple people to share ownership in one item. Similar to stocks, Collectable users purchase ownership shares of high-end collectibles, giving them fractional ownership of that item. Collectable offerings are filed and qualified with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, under Regulation A and Regulation D, as applicable.
